Frequently Asked Questions for Ferrum WANDLA GoldenSound Edition Fully Balanced Headphone DAC/Preamp (Discontinued) headphone 4.4mm iPhone: iPhone 5 Length:1.5m (4.92 FT)
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Do not assume an included extra is essential to the main product. Check the process for reporting a missing included benefit rather than assuming it will arrive separately.
What should I do if I gave support incorrect information?
Do not send unnecessary personal details when correcting a simple identifier. Check whether the mistaken reference belongs to another purchase.
What should I check when changing marketing message preferences after a purchase?
Keep essential order contact details accurate while changing preferences. Ask which setting affects a specific unwanted category of messages.
